Double-blind review preparation of materials
To ensure that double-blind peer review is possible, care must be taken to ensure that neither the author nor the reviewer can identify each other.
To do this, the following measures must be taken:
-
The authors of the article should delete their information from the text of the article. Reviewers should delete their information from the review.
-
If there are author's works in the list of cited literature, in both sections "Литература" and "References", all the output data of the publication should be deleted and just the number should be left to preserve the general numbering order of references in the text of the article.
-
In Microsoft Office documents, all information identifying the author should be deleted.
For Microsoft 2003 and previous versions and for Macintosh versions of Word:
-
In the File menu, select Save As > Tools (or Mac Options) > Security > Delete personal information from file properties when saving > Save.
