Detailed Author Guidelines
General requirements
The editorial board accepts articles that have not been published anywhere before.
Each article submitted for publication to the editorial board undergoes a review procedure and should be prepared for submission to a double-blind review in accordance with the instruction.
The number of authors, as a rule, should not exceed three people.
The editorial board accepts for publication from one author a maximum of one article in two consecutive quarters. No more than one article by one author can be published in one issue of the journal.
The author is responsible for the accuracy of numerical data, geographical names, proper names and quotations.
The author confirms that the article does not contain information prohibited for open publication, does not violate any rights of third parties, does not discredit honor, dignity and business reputation, and does not violate the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

An article that does not meet the design requirements and has not passed the review process with a positive result is not accepted for publication.
No fee is charged from the authors for the publication and no fee is paid.
Structure of the article
The article should be structured in the IMRAD format (Introduction — Introduction, Theory — Literature Review, Materials and Methods — Data and Methods, Results — Research results, Conclusions and Discussion — Conclusions and further discussion) (without section numbering) and should include the following elements:
- UDC and JEL codes
- Information about the authors in Russian and English
- Abstract in Russian and English
- Keywords in Russian and English
- Introduction. It describes the formulation of the problem in general and its connection with the most important scientific or practical tasks (relevance of the study).
- Literature review (Theory). Analysis of current and modern research, including foreign ones, in this field, highlighting the contribution of researchers and mandatory reference to the source of the publication, not just listing the authors. It is necessary to highlight the previously unsolved part of the problem to which this article is devoted, indicate the hypothesis and formulate the purpose of the study.
- Data and methods (Materials and Methods). The initial data for the conducted research, the features of their collection, processing and presentation are described. The methods that were used to obtain the results are indicated. Links to data sources must be specified.
- Results of the study (Results). Presentation of the main material with full justification of the obtained scientific results. Links to publications of the research used are mandatory.
- Conclusions and further discussion (Conclusions and Discussion). Conclusions from this study, suggestions on controversial issues, as well as prospects for further research are presented.
- Literature. The list of sources used in the order of mention in the original language, except for references to data sources (if it is not a scientific publication), standards and regulatory legal acts.
- References. The list of sources used in the order of mention in English, except for references to data sources (if it is not a scientific publication), standards and regulatory legal acts.
Technical requirements
Articles are published in the original language — Russian or English. The volume of the author's original should be from 0.5 to 1 author's sheet (approximately 10-24 pages). The decision to publish a larger article in one issue or in the form of a continuation is made by the editorial board.
The manuscript of the article is made in the form of a Microsoft Word document in doc/docx/rtf format, font — Times New Roman, size (size) – 14, spacing — 1.5, page format — A-4, margins: upper and lower — 2 cm, left — 3 cm, right — 1 cm. The red lines of paragraphs should be indented only, not spaces or tabs.
The UDC and JEL codes are indicated at the beginning.
In the author's information, you must specify the following information separately for each author in Russian and English: full name, academic degree (if available), academic title (if available), position, ORCID identifier, e-mail, place of work, city, country.
After the title of the article in Russian, information on the financing of the study (if available) is indicated in the form of a footnote.
The volume of the abstract should be 120-150 words.
Number of keywords: five–seven.
The list of references ("Literature") is given in general at the end of the article and is compiled in the order of the order of references in the text in the original language and are drawn up in accordance with GOST 7.0.5–2008. The reference to the source in the text is given in square brackets, if necessary, the page number is indicated. After the list of references in the original language, there is a list in English ("References") according to the APA standard (examples (html); examples (pdf); manual). The optimal volume of the list of references is 20-25 sources. Scientific publications not older than five years should be used primarily. The DOI of the publication is indicated as a link, if any. The dot at the end of the DOI link, like any other Internet link, is not put.
References to data sources and regulatory legal acts are given in the form of page–by-page footnotes and are issued in accordance with GOST 7.0.5–2008 SIBID.
Tables should be executed by standard Microsoft Word table construction tools. Alignment of the contents of cells should be performed only in standard ways, and not using spaces, paragraphs or additional empty lines.
Drawings, diagrams, diagrams should be executed only in black and shades of gray.
