The corporate organizational structure in managerial system of a joint-stock company

The article exposes the pre-conditions of the corporate organizational structure formation. On the basis of theoretical research of the organizational structures, their types and features the typology of organizational structures is generalized by different grounds for domestic and western researchers. Drawing on to the fundamental premises of organizational structure formation and the empiric study of the large modern companies’ development towards the divisional organizational structure, the selection of the optimum organizational management structure of a joint-stock company was offered and substantiated. The divisional departmentation was proven to be the appropriate one. The paper sets and offers a general corporate organizational structure for a joint-stock company, which is a combination of two structures: the corporate management structure and the divisional departmentation.Downloads
