Abstract

The theoretical and practical aspects of the technologies of the state administration in Russia have been analyzed. The system of these technologies has been specified. The effectiveness criteria of transformation in the Russian state administration system have been defined and the prospective ones have been identified. The anticorruption focus of the current Russian administrative reform has been confirmed. The approaches to ensuring the openness of the government institutions have been defined.
