Abstract

The paper analyzes the methodological problems of the entrepreneurial (business) law science in the context of market transformation: from the liberal romanticism to liberal fundamentalism. The content and implementation of the basic concepts of the entrepreneurial (business) law (since the late eighties of the twentieth century to the early twenty-first century) is considered from the standpoint of dialectical materialism.
