On the issue of the concepts and their determination in the promising public procurement legislation of the Donetsk People’s Republic

Abstract

On the basis of analysis of the bill of Donetsk People’s Republic «On the public and municipal procurements» some inaccuracies, regarding concepts and their determinations, were exposed. In the process of comparing and explaining their contents, the suggestion on perfection of this bill through changing and clarifying of determinations of these concepts were presented.
