Information support of the indicative management of regional socio-economic development

Abstract

The article presents the structural-functional model of the processes of information provision of the indicative management of regional social and economic development. It is based on the technology of structural-functional IDEF0 business processes modeling. As a result, the mechanism of indicative management is presented as a set of hierarchically organized, interrelated diagrams and functional decomposition. The proposed model allows to describe the relationship between the functions of management, coordinators and executives, provides the information on the resources, information flows, instructions, regulatory information, complex models and methodological approaches in a logical, convenient and consistent, formalized form.
