Abstract

In the article, on the example of the practice of territorial bodies of the Ministry of Justice of Russia conducting monitoring of the legislation of various types of public relations, including those related to public property, in particular the study of the implementation of land legislation by the subjects of the Russian Federation of the Southern Federal District, conclusions are made about the importance and necessity of monitoring activities, the validity of terminological changes, their uniform understanding and normative use in order to ensure the unity of the legal space of the state.
