On certain elements of a systemic approach to the legal regulation of economic security in the economic sphere in the context of integration processes

Abstract

The article focuses on the fact that in the context of integration, the regulation of economic security requires a systematic approach, especially when developing a regional concept of legal support for economic security in the economic sphere. It is noted that this will help to streamline the current regulatory framework, establish key paths for legislative progress and clearly define its goals. The article considers scientific practice dedicated to the issues of ensuring economic security and its improvement, based on the analysis of which the main elements of a systematic approach to the legal regulation of economic security in the economic sphere are identified. The following elements are highlighted: legal basis, mechanisms of legal regulation, monitoring the application of regulatory legal acts, assessment of the effectiveness of legal regulation. The levels of the legal basis for regional economic security are designated and it is determined that it should ensure stable development of the regional economy, protection from threats, attraction of investments, support of business, protection of the interests of the population, especially in the context of integration. The stages of creating a legal basis for regulating economic security in the economic sphere are determined. It is taken as a basis that the mechanism for applying regulatory legal acts and control and supervisory activities are interrelated processes aimed at ensuring the legality and compliance with legal requirements. The article outlines the stages of the regulatory framework, as well as the types and methods of oversight activities that facilitate the most effective implementation of regulatory frameworks governing economic security in the economic sphere. Monitoring the application of regulatory frameworks and assessing the effectiveness of legal regulation of economic security in the economic sphere are considered, taking into account the specifics of the regulatory framework in the Donetsk People's Republic.
