Components of the strategic potential of industrial development of the economy of the Donetsk People's Republic in modern conditions
Keywords:

The article examines the problem of defining the components of industrial development in a region. Based on an analysis of previous research on this topic, the theoretical and practical components of industrial development in the region are defined, considering its social and economic interests. A set of key objectives is presented, and a mechanism for ensuring interaction in the process of state regulation of industrial development from the perspective of the modern regional socio-economic system is proposed, using the example of the Donetsk People's Republic. A distinctive feature of this mechanism is that it integrates, through interaction, the components of industrial development in a modern region, including key platforms, a set of key objectives of regional industrial policy, and an adjustment module necessary for timely changes in processes related to the development of the industrial component. The main directions of promising research on this issue have been identified, which include clarifying the directions of development of regional industry specialization in the field of industrial production, considering factors of economic complexity, as well as clarifying the characteristics of regional economic entities when changing the priorities of the socio-economic development of the region in modern conditions.
