Abstract

The article substantiates the relevance of the development of trade and economic cooperation of the Donetsk People's Republic on the basis of international agreements as an important factor in economic growth in the context of integration processes. The conclusions are argued that the successful development of such cooperation of the Republic is possible only if the international experience of law enforcement of the relevant legislation is systematized and generalized. The analysis of the legislation of the Russian Federation regulating relations in the field of international trade and economic cooperation has been carried out. The regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation that establish the powers of the subjects of the Russian Federation, including the Donetsk People's Republic regarding its participation in such cooperation as a new subject of the Federation, are studied. The dynamics of international agreements concluded by the subjects of the Russian Federation for 2001-2022 is analyzed. On the basis of international agreements, as a key law enforcement tool in the development of trade and economic cooperation, the main directions, priority areas and forms of implementation of such cooperation within the framework of integration associations, of which the Russian Federation is a member, have been identified.
