Abstract

The article provides the analysis and substantiates general directions of development of the service sector, based on the system and institutional approaches, that will allow one to create the management concept, outstanding with both quality and effectiveness. The concept of managing the economic systems of a service sector is formulated and the intrinsic elements of its components are substantiated.
