On the basic values of Russian-Eurasian civilization and their involvement in the processes of social and economic development of the Donetsk People’s Republic

It is established that the source of the ideal basic values of the Russian-Eurasian civilization is the unique Orthodox idea of human salvation. It includes the values inherent in the ideal Orthodox type of a person i.e. a holistic creative personality, partaking of the World / Whole, including other people and nature. It is shown that the basic values are transmitted from generation to generation by the spiritual core of the sociocultural code of the Russian-Eurasian civilization (emotional-sensual, supersensible and rational-logical ways) and exist in the mass consciousness mainly in an unmanifested form. It is substantiated that the basic values are unique value-semantic information resources that are of strategic importance for the Russian-Eurasian civilization. It is argued that at the rational-logical scientific level of cognition, the meaning of the basic values of the Russian-Eurasian civilization can be revealed only partially. They can be presented in a generalized form as interconnected and interdependent unique ideal basic ethical principles of the life order of the Russian-Eurasian civilization. The proposals envisaging the creation of real opportunities in the DPR based on basic ethical principles the life order of the Russian-Eurasian civilization, allowing the involvement of unique value-semantic information resources of civilization in the processes of socio-economic development of the Republic.
