Main directions of supporting business activities in the industrial development of the Donetsk People’s Republic

Abstract

It is proved that one of the conditions for ensuring the economic growth of the Donetsk People's Republic is the creation of an innovative infrastructure for the industrial development of the territory. The main content of the strategic development of the region can be provided in flagship projects of economic development. Taking into account the fact that one of the components of the economy of developed countries is small and medium-sized businesses, promising directions of innovative development of the region have been identified. The main directions of entrepreneurial activity that will be able to ensure the effective use of financial potential within the framework of the Republic's projects are highlighted. It is determined that in the current economic conditions, the business sector does not have the opportunity to ensure a full-fledged demand for new technologies, therefore, a key role in the development of innovation activity in the Donetsk People's Republic belongs to ensuring its support from the state and society, as well as financial sector institutions. The main tools that can be used to provide support for innovative business from these entities have been clarified.
