Methods of sustainable development in the digital economy for the service sector and industry

Abstract

The article discusses the methods of sustainable development that can be applied in the digital economy to ensure the sustainable development of services and industry. The authors describe the basic principles of sustainable development and give examples of methods that are already used in the digital economy, as well as give recommendations on their application. The main methods of sustainable development in the digital economy, which are discussed in the article, are: the use of renewable energy sources for electricity production; optimization of resource use and waste reduction; development of environmentally friendly technologies and products; creation of safe and reliable data storage and processing systems. Examples of methods of sustainable development in the digital economy in services and industry considered in the article are: companies using renewable energy sources for their servers and data centers; development of new environmentally friendly materials and technologies for the production of goods; introduction of data security and protection mechanisms for the processing of personal data. The article will be useful for anyone interested in sustainable development and the digital economy.
