Investment aspects of the strategic development of the industrial and economic complex of the Donetsk People's Republic

Abstract

The article determines that strategic development at any level of the economic system is impossible without determining investment priorities, investment instruments and sources of investment resources. The Donetsk People’s Republic is at the stage of overcoming the instability of the economic conditions, the depressive state of the production sector, a plummet in investment activity, the need for a subsequent transition to dynamic development and economic growth. Studies have shown that a favorable economic environment is determined by potential access to sources of financial resources that can provide a solution to the issues of the social and economic development of the Republic. It is proved that the basis for the formation of investment sources in the economy is a strategic approach to the implementation of state policy in the financial and investment sphere.
