The significance of the scientific heritage of academician V.K. Mamutova for modern understanding effectiveness of legal regulation business activity

Abstract

The article analyzes the works of V.K. Mamutov, which sets out the methodology for assessing the effectiveness of the mechanism for legal regulation of industrial relations. The author, developing this conceptual approach, concludes that in modern conditions the degree of effectiveness of legal regulation of public relations is determined by the criteria and indicators that characterize the relationship between the goals and results of such legal influence on the economy and business. The author comes to the conclusion that the interaction of two sectors of the economy, which ensures the sustainable development of the real sector of the economy, will be a criterion for the effectiveness of legal regulation of business activities in the financial sector of the economy. In turn, the authors of the article include the following indicators of the effectiveness of legal regulation of business activities in the financial sector of the economy: gross domestic product (hereinafter referred to as GDP), “the efficiency of the Russian economy,” which includes the ratio of the volume of investments in fixed capital to the gross regional product, index labor productivity, the share of high-tech and knowledge-intensive sectors of the economy in GDP, in GRP, the share of investment in fixed capital in the gross domestic product and in the gross regional product. At the end of the article, conclusions and proposals are formulated.
