Improving legislation on management and disposal of property of the Donetsk People's Republic as a direction of legal integration

Abstract

The article analyses the DPR Law "On the procedure for management and disposal of property of the Donetsk People's Republic" No. 14-RZ, dated October 13, 2023. It provides a general overview of the Law, identifies its shortcomings, and substantiates the suggestions for improving it. It concludes that further refinement of the law's content contributes to the increase of efficiency of the management and disposal of state (municipal) property in the DPR, and that it would be appropriate to incorporate the relevant law into the codified legal document that is the Economic Code of the DPR.
