Abstract

The article examines the possibilities of the combined use of the potentials of sociological, psychological, and conflictological knowledge with the dominance of state-legal issues in order to improve the implementation of the preventive component of control and supervisory activities, including its organizational support. The range of main problems requiring interdisciplinary coverage is highlighted. This is the problem of establishing feedback with controlled organizations, the expert community, the public; the problem of implementing a promotional function involving "mentoring" supervision, and the problem of reducing the level of conflict in the environment of interactions in the process of control and supervisory activities. Considering the role of the motivational component as a "cross-cutting" resource in interaction with the controlled entity, a scheme of preventive motivational influence is proposed. Attention is focused on the peculiarities of the formation of psychological prerequisites.
