Abstract

At the moment, on the territory of the DPR, ample opportunities are opening up for the implementation of private entrepreneurial initiatives to solve social problems, develop small and micro businesses, allowing to increase the number of self-employed people who independently generate personal income. Involving the unemployed able-bodied population in the ranks of social entrepreneurs will reduce the outflow of able-bodied personnel outside the Republic, provide them with decently paid employment and increase the standard of living both through the income they receive and through the benefits produced for the Republic (services or social goods). The position of active management of this process on the part of executive authorities will be manifested in the creation of conditions conducive to the development of social business by providing state support in the form of subsidies and subsidies, as well as in ensuring the possibility of implementing private initiatives to finance a social project through patronage, the establishment of grants and crowdfunding. The work has developed a step-by-step algorithm for determining possible sources of financing a social project for entrepreneurs at the start and in the process of business development, and presents a detailed classification of types of financing by methods of financial support, by subjects of ownership of financial resources, as well as by forms and methods of government support.
