Abstract

The article is devoted to the substantiation and construction of an organizational and economic mechanism for the formation of a set of measures for state regulation of the growth of the DPR economy in the context of its integration into the all-Russian economic space. Theoretical approaches to regulating economic growth are investigated. The advantages of state regulation over market regulation are substantiated. It is determined that the theoretical basis for the construction of the mechanism is the Keynesian theory of economic growth. It is established that the modern realities of the increased turbulence of the external environment of the DPR require the development and improvement of tools for state regulation of the growth of the regional economy. The factors influencing the change in the growth rates of the DPR economy have been identified and the directions of the impact of regional regulatory policy have been identified. The position of the authors regarding the target setting, nature, structure, and content of the structural elements of the mechanism is stated. The constructed mechanism is presented.
