Abstract

Industrial development is a priority goal of the modern national economy, on which not only the standard of living of the population depends, but also the position of the country at the global level. In this regard, factors influencing the efficiency of development of industrial companies, their ability to adapt to strategic directions of development are of great importance, which determines the need for further research. The research methodology is based on a systems approach to the development of complex models, which takes into account many factors and development risks, such as: limited supplies of raw materials, lack of domestic demand, high interest rates, personnel shortage, low investment activity, technological lag, sanctions pressure, regulatory barriers and tightening of environmental restrictions. For effective management of the development of the Russian industrial complex in conditions of uncertainty and instability, the study proposes to integrate a set of theories, methods and practices. It is proved that an integrated approach to the development of scenarios for the development of the Russian industrial complex provides the opportunity to maintain competitiveness and sustainable growth of industry in the forecast period.
