Assessment of the provision of regions with an effective logistics system

In the context of current regional and industry problems, such as sanctions policy and rising inflation, effective logistics management is becoming a key factor in the success of any organization and directly affects its profits. The modern market requires enterprises to constantly search for the most effective technologies for organizing and managing their production activities. The manufacturer must be ready to immediately fulfill consumer orders in any situation and quickly respond to changes in demand. In these conditions, the fundamental principles of regional logistics system management come to the fore, ensuring priority and quality for the consumer at all stages of the production and sales cycle. The purpose of this article is to analyze the effective management of operational logistics activities, both at the federal, regional and organizational levels. The object of this work is operational logistics activities. The subject of the study is the methodology for assessing the effectiveness of operational logistics management. The following tasks were solved in the work: the structure and principles of operational logistics management were studied, the organization of interfunctional and interorganizational logistics coordination was studied, and the provision of regions with an effective logistics system was assessed.
