Abstract

The paper analyzes and considers the methodical bases of categorical definition of "the human resource management at a scientific and technological enterprise”. The article formulates aims, identifies problems and the solutions in the construction of the human resource management system. A model of human resource management that takes into account the specifics of the functional activity of the scientific and technological enterprise, and the description of its components are suggested.
