Legal support for the formation and implementation of industrial policy in the Donetsk People's Republic in the conditions of economic integration

Based on the analysis of the legislation of the Russian Federation and the Donetsk People's Republic on industrial policy and scientific literature, the article defines the importance of legal support for such a policy, identifies problems that are characteristic of the legislation of the Republic under consideration, and substantiates proposals to eliminate these problems.
