Methodological support of the logistic framework
Keywords:
logistics framework, cluster, domain, ecosystem, platform, systemAbstract
The article analyzes the scientific terminology of framework subsystems, structures definitions and develops the basics of the methodology of the logistics framework. This will allow us to further develop an applied model of the logistics framework with a synergetic focus in the strategic tasks of the regional economy. The objects of the study include commodity and information flows, information technologies, and infrastructures. At the same time, the problem is that the diversity of conceptual and methodological approaches to organizing integrated communications affect the problems of either interfunctional communications at enterprises, as the main prerequisite for the formation of integrative relations, or the problems of supply chain management. A sufficient number of publications on the results of studies of these problems do not allow us to form a holistic model of integrated relations in the economy of a country or an administrative-territorial entity. As a result, programs for the development of regional economies are limited by the boundaries of administrative-territorial entities, while optimization of goods movement in international and federal channels requires a framework solution when organizing integrated supply chains. The main results of the study include the emergence of a structure of methodological tools for managing regional and international communications in commodity and information flows.
