Technological sovereignty: theoretical and methodological approaches to the definition

The formation of a new model for the development of the Russian Federation based on strengthening state and technological sovereignty is a prerequisite for ensuring sustainable socio-economic development of the country, which has come under unprecedented sanctions pressure. The article examines the concepts of technological sovereignty in modern scientific publications and basic normative legal acts devoted to the achievement of technological sovereignty, suggests theoretical and methodological approaches to its definition, and identifies the key components of the essence of technological sovereignty.
