In modern conditions in Russia, the regionalization of public administration is influenced by various factors of globalization. External and internal regionalization processes are developing at different rates. The process of regionalization is characterized by the emergence of internal, qualitatively new, self-sufficient regions that determine the integrity of the Russian state, such as the DPR. The formation of internal Russian regions is associated with the search for an optimal option for delimiting rights and responsibilities between the federal center and the regions, and in order to improve the social well-being and quality of life of citizens, it is necessary to take into account the development experience of each subject of the Russian Federation.
The paper reveals the peculiarities of regional development, with special attention paid to subsidized regions. An analysis of the control and supervisory activities of the regions (DPRK) was carried out. The problems of the DPRK are identified, which is carried out through a system of bodies with the help of which the goals and objectives facing the state at various stages of its development are achieved. As a result of the study, the factors influencing the formation of the control mechanism are presented, which qualitatively reflect the new level of formation of the KNI of new regions. Directions for improving the DPR CND are recommended.
