Using the graphic visualization methods in strategic planning of digital transformation of economic industries in the subjects of the Russian Federation
Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the features of the application of graphical methods of data visualization in the development and updating of regional digital transformation strategies in the Russian Federation. The key changes in the structure and content of strategic documents are analyzed, including in terms implementation and envisaged activities caused by the introduction of new methodological recommendations for the development, adjustment (updating) of strategies in the field of digital transformation of economic sectors, the social sphere and public administration. The role of visual tools in the process of strategic planning at the state level is considered using the example of SWOT and TOWS analysis, as well as the author's visualization method "Hypothesis Map", the differences in their application from use in the commercial sector are determined. A conclusion is made about the need to refine approaches to the visual presentation of strategic information in order to improve the efficiency of the development and monitoring of the implementation of regional digital transformation strategies of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation. The purpose of this work is to study the processes of optimization of strategic planning in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation and to develop recommendations for the use of graphical visualization methods.
