Dynamics of consumer expenditures of the population of the Donetsk People's Republic
Abstract
The article calculates the value and analyzes the structure of the consumer basket of socio-demographic groups of the population living in Donetsk for 2023-2024. It has been established that the food basket accounts for a large share in the structure of population expenditure, and therefore, food prices affect the total volume of expenditure. To level out negative trends in the structure of consumer expenditure of the population, it is proposed to use administrative and market measures, and it is also necessary to ensure sustainable growth of the Republic's economy to bring the amount of wages and social benefits to the all-Russian level by 2030.
