Administration bill 316-D: Issues of delimitation the public agencies’ competence in the field of public−private partnerships

Abstract

The article presents the analysis of the competence of the public agencies and local authorities as the parties in the public-private partnership, determined in the Donetsk People’s Republic administration bill 316-D «About public-private partnerships», and proposes the areas for improvement of the above-mentioned promising legislation.
