Abstract

The article presents the analysis of the state and law in the conditions of the attempted change of the growth area, as well as the process of forming the postliberal political and legal doctrine. New approaches, phenomena and categories, which are absent in the modern theory of the state and law (studying the standing laws from the liberal fundamentalism standpoint exceptionally) are discussed.
