Abstract

The article provides a comprehensive concept of providing the personnel support for innovation at the company. The proposed concept is focused on the organizational changes’ objective benefits for the personnel of the enterprise and on the subjective aspects regarding the personnel support of these changes.
The generalized causal diagram that shows the causal linkage between the institutional resistance and such factors as the objective benefits of innovation for the employees, the cost of minimizing the resistance to innovation, the level of innovation support in the team, is given. The main goals and objectives related to the providing the personnel support for innovation at the company, with due regard for the level of the team support during the planning, timely and effective response to the resistance at various stages of the organizational change process, are stated. The article proposes a conceptual scheme of the approach to the providing the personnel support for innovation at the practical, instrumental, modeling, methodological, and theoretic-methodological levels.
