Experience of using the local services and goods exchange in crisis conditions

Abstract

Two basic forms of foreign institutionalized local non-commercial services and goods exchange systems, including in Russian ones, - the time banks and LETSs are considered. The article presents the history of emergence of these systems, the features of their structure, their social and economic importance for local communities. The feasability of establishing such institutionalized systems in the Donbass has been substantiated.
