New model of innovative development financing under digitalization

The article determines the direction for scientific and technological work and innovational transformations on the basis of using the foresight methodology. It has been proved that that the paradigm of a new model of innovative development financing in terms of digitalization should be based on strengthening the interaction between the state and private entrepreneurship in the field of science, technology and innovation, developing the necessary infrastructure and ensuring the priority financing of innovative companies and industries with powerful potential for transformations.Downloads
