Abstract

The basic components of investment potential for industrial centres were established and justified. The definition of «investment potential» in a format of municipality taking into account an industrial component is formulated. The choice of the indicators and characteristics, which influence the estimation of the general investment attractiveness of an industrial city, taking into account their quality is proved.
